Definition of Anchor Head
Anchor Head is the key part of bearing the prestressing tension. The head anchorage is made by Cr40 alloy steel. It includes round anchorage and flat anchorage.

YJM Tensioning System is a complated, independent building measure researched, and developed by TianJin ZhenHua Prestressing Force Technology Co. Ltd. It has been widely adopted by modern construction,especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions and building materials.
YM Series products are composed of tensioning anchor,holding anchor,connectors.It can used to lock the steel strand wires on/under classes of 2000Mpa standard strength,which is usually in diameters of 12.7mm /12.9mm/15.2mm/15.7mm.
It has been verified by pratice that various type of YM anchor also can be used for the different kinds of strand wires produced according to ASTM/BS/JIS/JIG/AS and other international standards respectively only if its technical parameters shall mary the related detail materials.
YJM Anchor consists of anchor head, bearing plate, anchor wedge, spiral reinforcement , plastic or metal corrugated ducts, PC strands(PC wire bundle).The products can be divided into two types according to their strand diameters: YJM13 andYJM15.
YJM anchorage system has the following features:
YJM anchorage( anchor block ) system can be used to anchor Φ12.7mm-15.7mm and strength below 2000Mpa PC strands.
YJM anchorageis complete in varieties and specifications.Wedge anchorage can be chosen arbitrarily from 1-55 wire PC strand (PC wire bundle) or according to the specific demands of the engineering designs. It is an anchorage system featured by its wide range of the application, easy of the design and simplicity of the process.
Parameter of YJM 13/15 Anchorage
If Cutstomer have own design, we can customize according to DWG.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 YM anchorage must be used with YM working wedge, and YM tool anchorage must be used with YM tool wedge.
2 Work anchorage can't substitute for tool anchorage.
3 YM series anchorage must be used with the same specification located plates of YM.
4 Anchorage must be well keeped to prevent rusting and dirts. Before installation, rusting and dirts must be cleand to prevent from damaging the internal thread of wedge which will fill in the alveolar of wedge when tension.
5 When install anchorage, O Dia of Anchor Head should put in hole of Anchor Bearing Plate, and the restraing plate must in the same direction with the hole of tool anchorage, and the strands cannot be twined around each other and dislocated.
