Introduction and Application
PP PE waste plastic recycle machine makes pp pe films to granules by pelletizer and vibration screen.
1.gear box is high-torque, no noise, and smooth running.
2.forced lubricating, with effective result and long use life.
3.assistant vacuum exhaust system can help exhausting humidity and waste gas well then make pelletizing stably with fine quality of granules.
4.PID temperature control system: use forced cooling system, temperature control is more stable and precise.
5.screw performance: special design according to the recycled material features, it can help dewatering.
6.mixing and dispersion effect is better.
7.applicable material: PP,PE,ABS,PS,POM,PC,PA,PMMA,PET.
For pelletizing pp pe film and bags, it includes agglomerator, feeder, crusher, pelletizer, blower, storage silo.
The capacity is from 50-500kg/h.
Outputs intended with dry material.
All machines are provided with central oil lubrication.
