HUI-100 is an add-on equipment to test one HEUI injector on a traditional diesel pump test bench, which drives a Bosch CP3 or CP2 pump as the hydraulic high pressure source. It is a most cost effective equipment to fulfill HEUI injector repair tests.
Application Four kinds of injector adapters to fit the injectors for the following engines Navistar T444E, DT466E, I530E; Ford 7.3L PowerStroke; and Caterpillar 3126B Caterpillar C7, C9 Caterpillar 3408/3412 Ford 6.0L PowerStroke, (4-pin connector) Features I-Box, Injector testing device Modular design, easy to mount the adapter for various type of injectors Internal hydraulic actuation oil rail and injection oil rail Pressure sensor on the device E-Box, Electronic Controller Common rail pump control Adjusting PWM signal of the pump inlet flow regulator to control hydraulic actuation pressure Define polarity of the pump Pressure control modes Manual Automatic Injection frequency: 10 – 1200 injection/min Injection duration: 0 – 6 msec Single key to switch injection start or stop Single type of test oil for both hydraulic actuation and fuel injection Using a traditional Diesel pump test bench to drive a Bosch CP3 or CP2.2 pump as hydraulic actuation oil source Safe operation, reduce actuation pressure to zero automatically upon stop injection Over pressure protection for hydraulic actuation flow Special tools for repairing all kinds of HEUI injectors
