Operation Manual
1. Purpose:
A kind of circular sampler which is used to cut and get sample
from various of wool, cotton, fiber, knitting and so on.
2. How to use:
3.1- Putting sample to be cut on rubber matting, then put sampler on the sample,too. Taking the locking device out, and turning around about 90º. One hand controls the sampler, and the other hand holds the handwheel, pressing and rotating the handwheel clockwise. (Rotation> 90º)
3.2- Taking the locking device back. Do not let blades outside in order to avoid cutting your hands or something else.
3. Structure and Adjustment:
4.1-There are four blades, you can replace new blades as you wish. Our blades are ordinary razor blades.
Operations: Loosening all cross screws, removing the pressure plate and blade carefully, fixing new blades and tightening screws again.
Please note: Making sure to keep these four blades in the same level.
4.2-There are many snicks on the bottom of sampler to avoid skidding and cut easily.
4. Notes:
5.1- Be careful,blades are very sharp. Do not put your hands under sampler
5.2- Please using sampler on rubber matting. If not, cleaning it and putting back it in the box.
5.3- After a period of using, if the blade is blunt, please fix new blade as above 4.1 item. You can buy blades in any store easily.
