Gravure printing ink for PVC is mainly used to print shrinkable PVC sleeves.
PVC shrink film ink .
Characteristics
1. Bright colour, high gloss
2. Good adhesion, anti-stickness, good shrinkability
3. Excellent printing adaptability
4. Fast drying speed, can be shrink with substrates
Substrate: Shrinkable PVC
Technical Data
Viscosity: 10-14 seconds for the Reducer and 12-25 seconds for the coloured inks by Zahn Cup 4# at 25°C
Fineness: white ink≤25um coloured ink≤10um
Addition of the Diluents(the mixture of the solvents:
Ink:Diluent=1:0.2-0.5 (by weight)
Printing Viscosity: 14-20 seconds by Zahn Cup 3# at 25°C is recommended. Printing viscosity can be adjusted according to printing speed.
Printing Speed: 60-220 meters/minute
