Applications:

Used for gluing fabric or other material and laminate it with other materials, suitable for laminating:

Widely used in garments, luggage, shoe materials, sports products, medical products, dive equipment, and other industries.

Key Features:

Applicable to solvent based glue;
Glue is transferred to the surface of the material via engraved roll (dot or diamond shape), then laminate it with other materials;
Laminated products is breathable, waterproof, soft and washable;
Professionally designed gluing unit, glue is transferred onto material surface very evenly, low glue consumption;
Running speed is controlled through frequency synchronization, synchronic speed adjusting, very easy and convenient to operate;
Both unwinding and winding have magnetic constant tension control;
Automatic hydraulic centering unit ensures edge alignment in laminating;
Equipped with pneumatic expanding shaft for easy operation;
Automatic temperature control system, heating system is divided into 2 groups, user can select one group heating mode or both, can reduce the energy consumption;
Surface of the drying cylinder is coated with Teflon to avoid glue;
