This is the internal and external circulation vacuum homogenizing emulsifier,it is high quality product newly researched and developed by us company through combining advanced international and domestic technologies. The greatest features is that the internal and external homogenizer can make the material work under the homogenizing status of internal circulation so as to achieve the effect of completely emulsifying the materials.
1. XJR series of lifting type vacuum emulsifying machine introduce advanced foreign technology, its
professional design according to the process of cosmetics, pharmaceutical ointment products etc.
2.This machine is consists of a preprocessing pot, vacuum emulsification stirring the pot, vacuum
pump, hydraulic system, pour material system, electric control system, working platform etc.
3. The machine has the advantages of simple operation, stable performance, homogeneous good
performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small occupation
area, high degree of automation.
4.With a hydraulic lift system, It can freely lift the pot cover and inverted a pot reset.
5.Mixing system using two-way the stirring frequency control, which can meet the different
requirements of the production process.
6. Advanced homogenizer, the result is unique, reliable seal (mechanical seal for the German Bergman),
emulsifying speed is 0-2890 RPM (VVVF).
7. The material is imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, tank and pipeline for mirror polishing,
fully compliant with GMP standard.
8. Vacuum deaeration can reach sanitation asepsis requirement, and it can use the vacuum suction material,
especially for powder, it can prevent dust from flying.
9. According to the process requirements, the tank body can be heated or cooled material, the heating mode
can be selected according to the customer request steam or electric heating.
10. Advanced electric control system adopts PLC control (optional), and is equipped with color touch screen
(optional), full control of the material temperature, mixing and homogenizing speed and time data, and print
the data above (optional).
