2016 new automatic liquid detergent/dish washing production line
This machine is an indispensable device in daily chemical industry. Such as the production of
medicine,shower cream, liquid laundry detergent, shampoo, cosmetics,bath gel and other mucus
inter-mixed,dissolved,mixing stirring. It is an ideal equipment in daily chemical.
Production Details:
1 Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel materials, the product is in line with the GMPrules.
2 High speed homogenizer strongly mixing and dispersing viscous, solid and liquid, the material in the liquid
detergent production which can be rapidly dissolved AES, AESA, LSA and other insoluble materials, it can save
energy and shorten the production cycle.
3 Wall scraping mixing, it can meet with stirred tank body at any time and clean sticky material on the wall pot.
4 Tank and pipeline’s outer surface polishing.
5 The main mixing using variable frequency variable speed device, when low temperature and high consistency can reduce the bubble formation.
6 According to the heating or cooling material process requirements, you can choose water heating mode.
7 Stainless steel cabinet can fully monitor equipment operation, and can display the data of temperature, stirring speed etc.
