The material is sprayed into fine mist by nozzle on the top of the tower.Follow the heat wind ,the material is dried .The machine's characteristic is high collection rate, no stick onto the wall,energy saving,expecially applicable for heat sensitive material.It's wid ely used in food ,dyestuff,chemical industry and so on.
Principle
The clean air is heated and entered into the drying tower ,the raw material inside the tower is atomized into fine mist through muzzles of two or three flows .The raw materials carry out heat exchange with the hot air rapidly to evaporate the moisture(solvent) in the raw materials .The moisture or solvent is discharged accompany with hot air ,then the powder product is produced.
Features
It is good far raw materials that are large in virscosity ,paste mtaterial ,which the other equipment can not replace it.
More varieties and wide application in drying with lower temperature.
The nozzle is simple in structure, convenient in mantenance and low cost in operation
Applications
Food industruy : Fatty milk powder ,protein ,cocao milk powder, substitute milk powder,egg white(yolk) ,oats,chicken juice, coffee,instand dissolvable tea,seasoning meat , protein, soybean,peanut protein,hydrolysate,corn syrup , corn starch, glucose,pectin,malt sugar,sorbic acid potssium and etc.
Medicine:Traditional Chinese medicine extract,ointment,yeast,vitamin,antibiotic ,amylase,lipase and and etc .
Plastics and resin :AB,ABS emulaion ,uric acid resin,phenolic aldehyde resin,urea-formldehyde resin,formaldehyde resin,polythene,poly-choloperne and etc.
Chenical Indusry:Sodium flouride(passium),alkaline dyestuff and pigment,dyestuff intermidate,Mn3O4 compound fertilizer,formic silcic acid,catalyst,sulphuric acid agent,amino acid,white carbon and so on .
Ceramic:aluminium oxide,ceramic tile material,magnesium oxide,talucm and so on.
Other :Aluminum hydroxide,Calcium chloride,stearic acid agent and the cooling spary.
