WDG Production Line for chemical industry
DESCRIPTION
There are three shapes of WDG Granules, first is round shape, second is strip shape, and the last one is pellet shape. For the round shape, we can use whirl fluid bed granulator to make it, and for the strip shape and pellet shape granules, we will have to use a production line. Here we will introduce the production line of strip shape granules:
The processing for the WDG
This production line is mainly consists of the following steps: Mixing, Granulating, Drying, Sieving
First, mixing different powder materials and binder uniformly (Equipment: High speed mixer or guttered mixer or others mixer)
Second: Granulating by extruding granulating, we can get strip granules. (Equipment: Extruding granulator)
Third: Transferring the strip damp granules to the dryer for drying (Equipment: vibrating fluid bed dryer for drying or vertical fluid bed dryer,if want to get round shape , it should rolling the ball first and then dry )
Fourth: Sieving the different particle size granules by a sifter. (Equipment: Vibrating sieve)
Fifth: Packing.

Notes:
1.This kind of plant are made based on customized design. Not all the features are provided with all designs. The real configurations should be made as per the Contracts or Agreements signed.
2. the size of WDG should be upon request .
3.The control can be push button , PLC +HMI and so on . It depends on Customer choice .
4.For the heating method , there are more choices , such as steam ,electricity , gas furnace and so on .
5. For the material selecting for the machine , there are AISI304 or 316L or carbon steel on choice .
