descriptions:
Special oven for BZH-C serial glass fiber is a product initiated by our company in the country. The basic principle of the said oven is taking steam or electricity as heating resource to produce heat by steam radiator or electrical heater plus low-noise all high temperature axial-flow fan and automatic temperature control system to exchange heat by convection and pass heat to materials. The whole circulation is full-closed and formal air is replenished continuously as well as humid air is exhausted. When drying, the oven can keep suitable relative humidity and constant temperature inside it. The prominence advantage of it is that most hot air is circulated inside the oven so as to strengthen heat and mass transferring, to save energy, to raise heat efficiency from traditional 3-7% to present 35-45%, and the highest can be 50%.This product can be widely used in heating and dehumidifying of raw materials and products in construction materials and glass fiber industries.

Special Oven for BZH-C Serial Glass Fiber is used for drying and dehumidifying for glass fiber products such as raw fiber cone, twist free yarn, extruding yarn, short-cut yarn, spraying yarn and SMC yarn etc.
