Features:
GHL High Speed Mixing Granulator has the bellow features
1)The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure is very reasonable.
2)Air filled seals drive shaft . When washing , it can be changed into water.
3) To granulate in the state of fluidization , the granule is around ball shape. Its flow ability is
good.
4) Compared with traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be sved ,and the drying time is shortened.
5) Two minutes for dry mixing per batch,1 to 4 minutes for granulating. its efficiency is 4to 5 times than tranditational one's.
6)Dry mixing ,humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed
container. It can save some steps of process.It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP. 7)
The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.
8) Can make it into Jacket type according to customer requirements.
Principle:
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed by the mixing blade at the
bottom in order to become humid and soft materials. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter set at side into and uniform granules.
