Feature:
1) The flow ability is improved and the dust is reduced, because of Granulating from powder.
2) Its solubility is improved, because of Granulating from powder.
3) Granulating, Mixing, Granulator and drying processes are completed in one step inside the same machine.
4) The operation is safe because the anti-static filter cloth is adopted.
5) It is safe for operator once explosion takes place, because explosion device is adopted.
5)The equipment has no dead corner,so the loading and unloading are quick, light.and it is easy to clean the machine, the machine meets the requirements of GMP.
Principle:
The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of fluidization. It
is preheated and mixed by the purified and heated air,at the same time, the solution
of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granule
that contains adhesive. Being that the materials are unceasing dried by hot air, the moisture
in the granule is evaporated and the adhesive solidify. The process is repeated continuously. Finally the materoal forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
Applications:
1) Pharmaceutical industry: tablet capsule, low sugar or no sugar granule of Chinese traditional medicine.
2) Foodstuff:cocoa,coffee,milk powder,juice of granule,flavoring and so on.
3) Other industries:pesticide,feed,chemical fertilizer,pigment,dyestuff and so on.
4) Drying: powder or granule state of wet material
5) Coating: protection layer, color, controlled release, film, or bowels solved coating of granules and pills.
