Work Principles:
Series HF-pneumatic classifier is a kind of mandatory classifier equipped with second air inlet and vertical impeller rotor.
The materials are fed in from the roller bottom under the force generated from the induced draft fan, and mixed with the first input air to disperse particles thoroughly, and then brought to the classifying zone. Owing to he high rotary speed of classifying rotor, the particles are affected by the centrifugal force from the classifying rotor and the centripetal force from the induced draft fan. When the centrifugal force is stronger than the centripetal force, the coarse particles fall down along inside roller. The second air inputs from the mouths, which well distribute on the cone body. The second input air can sieve the coarse materials and separate the fine powders that stick on and mix with the coarse. Then the coarse are discharged from the classifier. While the over-milled powders are collected by the following cyclone and pulse collector.

* With a wide classifying scope. To get the required product, you can adjust the rotary speed of classifying wheel and air inlet volume.
* It's structured of the single vertical rotor with low speed, and has a steady material flow field, a high working efficiency and robust performance.
* With multi-series structure, it can get products wiht different sizes in one time to realize a good particle distribution.
