Detail Description

Air End:The Screw Rotor (the air end) is originally from Germany and applies the third generation,which is 5:6 dissymmetrical flute profile rotor.The tangent speed is 30-60m/s,much lower than the common compressor at 60m/s.There are 0.003 inch space between each rotor.This greatly decrease the backflow loss and can increase 10-20% of the efficiency and can save 20% of the electricity.The Sweden SKF bearing greatly extends the working life of the air end.

Controller:Advanced PLC program-mable logic controller,full auto run.Display Chinese or Engish,finger touch button and handle convenience.

Intake Valve:No spare parts design intake valve,ON-OFF adjustment method,air adjustment range 0-100%,pressure loss,action,long life,is the most reliable,most efficient air intake adjustment method.

Electrical Componments: Siemens,using sliver contacts,life of up to 300 million times over the safe use have long-term security.

Motor:Using well-known brand-phase high-performance motor,protection calss IP54,insulation class F-class,with "SKF" heavy bearings,transmission efficiency is as high as 95% or more,good insulation,high temperature resistance,long life.

Air and Oil separator elements:The high-efficiency separator will reduce compressor oil carryoverand power consumptions oil carryover is only 1-2ppm.

Inlet pressure controller,solenoid valve:Pressure reach to upper limit the pressure controller automatically disconnect the circuit,the pressure reaches the low limit of auto closed circuit;Through solenoid valve,gas off replace electric off;Product precise,reliable and stable.
