Wanshen HDZ 100D Automatic packaging machinery
Main Application
The equipment is mainly used for automatic packing of products with thin-sheet (thickness ≥ 1mm) and many varieties and many specifications of products. The kind of machine is mainly to solve the packing of products which difficult to sub boards and having many species in a box.
Main characteristics
1. The speed is regulated by variable frequency and adopts automatic control system.
2. The machine adopts human-machine interface operating system, automatically display box speed, quantity and other performance parameters, and also display the fault causes and methods of operation and maintenance.
3. It can be implemented that adjust and use of more specifications at the specific confine on the same machine.
4. Manual and automatic conversion
5. It can be simultaneously completed that the folding of instructions and cartoning.
6. It can print three batch numbers on the box, and also have the functions of print serial number in addition(option).
7. Incorporates automatic inspection system and has the functions of automatic suspension and removal of non-conforming products if lack of material .
8.It can be installed with hot melt adhesive machine.(option)

Our company develops and manufactures the HDZ-60B bubble-cap plate cut automatic cartoning machine,
which is ranked the country’s leading level, filling the domestic blank and obtains Chinese national patent
certificate. On the basis of the HDZ-60B, we successively explore five series of HDZ-100 and HDZ-150
multifunctional packaging machine and other machines of more than 40 specifications. Our machines, which apply
to cartoning automatically for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, health care products and light industrial goods, meet
requirement of GMP, and have been sold to hundreds of manufacturer at home and abroad.
Our multifunctional packaging machines has been awarded as “national new product” by the State Economic
and Trade Commission, and the manufacturing project has been listed as “the promoting project of national high
technology industrialization” by SDPC and has achieved the innovation fund for STF. Meanwhile our company
