Annual maintenance:
A.check the connection parts between hydraulic and pipeline. Damaged pipeline should be replaced and loose connection should be tighted immediately.
B. Demount and reset the the down valve after blowing out the dust with compressed air .
C. Open the empty tank after discharging all the hydraulic oil,then pick out and wash off the filter. Reset the filter into the tank as previously. Fill the new oil into the tank.
D.Fill the new oil into the tank,instead of the used oil which could accelerate the wear of main components.
Mensual maintenance:
A. Check lubrication and wear condition of roller, intermediate shaft and bearing,Oil cylinder pin shaft and bearing,Boom hinge shaft and bearing.
B. Filling lubricating oil into the parts above to prolong the service life of bearing.
C. Check the hydraulic oil and oil level. The hydraulic oil level should be above the tank bottom 40-50 mm when the lifting platform rose to the highest . Hydraulic oil getting dark, or sticky, or gravel in the oil,replace the hydraulic oil timely. Lifting platform hydraulic system applies to 32 # hydraulic oil.
