2 Equipment Feature
Electrical Recovery Vacuum Machine is a negative-pressure pneumatic conveying equipment. It is specially designed for recovering copper ore, steel shot and other abrasives. It mainly consists of gravity separator, cyclone dust extractor, filter dust extractor, vacuum pump, silencer and electric controlled cabinet, etc. The key parts of the machine are the most reliable and high quality products selected from both Chinese and international markets. This structure design has greatly enhanced efficient operation and management and made maintenance easy and fast. Also its container frame is made easy to handle by forklift. We have witnessed reliable working results of the Electric Recovery Vacuum Machine in its capability of reducing dust, noise and vibration level. There is no doubt that these enhancements have greatly benefited operators’ health.
The fact that the electrical apparatus of the machine is controlled by PLC programmable controller enables it to further extend its function, maintain larger capacity of assignment and facilitate central controlling system. The feature also promotes handy operation, product reliability, high degree of automation and technology. Other functions include overload protection, automatic discharge, phase failure protection and phase sequence protection.
