Salient Features:

  • Bar type feed slide mechanism for accurate feeding.

  • Heavily ribbed Body and Base.

  • Automatic recirculating lubrication for crank-shaft and centralized periodic lubrication system with pressure and oil level sensing to ensure trouble-free long life.

  • No contact between header punch and ejector; resulting in longer ejector life.

  • Easy, quick and simple settings requiring no special tools.

  • Round Gripping Dies with eight grooves enabling up to eight times longer service without any reprocessing due to wear. Carbide tooling compatibility.

  • Header Punch design permits production of special nails like D head nails, Larger Head(clout) nails, etc. Manufacturing of a 3.0mm nail with 10/11mm head diameter possible in single stroke.
