A: We are capable to make plastic enclosures from less than 1K up to 1000K. Insert molding, overmolding, thread molding etc .
F:What information do we need to provide for a quote ?
A: 3D drawing (IGS/STP format), plastic material statement, quantity needed, surface treament, color or sample for duplicate .
F:Can you help double check our design if we are not sure if it's injection workable ?
A: Yes,our engineers help verify the feasibility of your drawings or fine tune your design to reduce costs and improve molds.
F:What material do you handle ?
A: Almost all injection grade plastic resins such as PP, ABS, PC, PVC, PA(Nylon), PE, PS, TPE etc and Rubber .
F: Do you use virgin plastic raw material ?
A:Yes, of course.
F:What's the guranteed mold life ?
A: Molds are done in house and the mold life is more than 300,000 cylces. When the mold is out of its life, we could make a new free mold to you.
F:What's your general lead time for mold and production ?
A: Generally 30 days for molding ,within 2 weeks for production. Depending on specified mold and production order though .
