1).This machine is used for processing the PVC/UPVC/plastic/Vinyl profiles at angles of -45º ~90º ~45º. the swaying stable feeder is adopted, and the pneumatic driving system is used in profiles clamping and cutting. (It can process the aluminum profile, but only can cut very thin aluminum profile,so here this model usually mainly to cut the PVC/UPVC/Plastic /VInyl profile,if you want to cut both Aluminum and PVC profile, you can choose our model LJZ2-450*3700, model LJZB-500*4200, model LJZY-500*4200, model LJZ-CNC-500*4200.)
If your PVC profile is more than 105mm thickness, for example,your profile is 115mm, you should consider to buy the model LJZ2-450*3700 is better for cutting your PVC profile.
2).It has the features of easy operation and high accuracy.
3).This cutting saw can make about 25-35 windows per day in 8 working hours. If you extend the working time, the production output will be more.
