1.Product Description
1).The line is special equipment making aluminum groove type insulating glass, which consist of a vertical glass washing machine, a setting aluminum frames, one on one by flat press and a turning table.
2).It can perform main functions such as washing and drying of insulating glass, positioning of aluminum frames, automatic one on one by flat press, setting level and shifting out of insulating glass and so on in the process of making aluminum groove type insulating glass.
3).This line is high in efficiency, low in energy consumption, compact in structure and easy to operate.
4).Features:
A. Washing part is with 3 pairs(6 pieces) washing brushes. Three pair of brushes is well known for its fine quality and durable in use. They can wash Low-E glass.
B. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass.
C. Adopt waterproof bearing without oil lubricant.
D. The washing body adopts stainless steel and anti-rusting materials.
E. The PLC and other electric elements adopt OMRON brand, import from Japan.
5).It can process the common glass, coated glass,low-E glass,etc..
6).We have models LB1600P,LB1800P,LB2200P,LB2500P, here the model LB1800P is the common model for the max.glass size is 2500*1800mm(Length*Height), if your glass ma.size is smaller or larger than the model LB1800P, you can choose other models according to your true glass size.
