2.Structure and Configuration
The main drive is achieved by connecting a No.45 hardened and tempered steel shaft, a universal joint clutch and a right angle gear box.
The components are driven by synchronous belt and gears.
The main pressing and cutting roller are driven by a universal joint cluth and it is easy to operate with the service life of cutting tools ensured.
The bearings, synchronous belts and electrical components are famous brands in China.
3.Equipment Functions
Common and ultra thin fluff pulp sanitary towels can be produced.
Dust free paper ultra-thin sanitary towels can be made.
Fluff pulp is spread through pulp-collecting box, and wrapped and formed with liner of high wet strength paper.
Interrupted or adjustable spraying of S.A.P can be selected.
Independent packing with sealing device, which is easy to be torn out.
If requested, a 3-pieces type solid shield apron and blue core piece or flow conducting short cut and dotting device can be supplied.
Stacker can be provided as requested by clients.
It can production common type and ultra-thin sanitary napkin fluffy pulp products, it can produce air-laid paper ultra-thin sanitary napkin.

5.Transmission System:
Main Transmission adopts 45# steel (well-treated good quality), gimbal (universal) connection style, right angle gear adopts spiral umbrella wheel.
Differential Device adopts 3 pairs Planet Gear of Transmission structure.
Each part and conveying driving adopt arc-shaped tooth synchronous belt(Remark: the parts for inner cutting, flow-guiding, circumambience enveloping, outer cutting, sealing and cutting of small packet, etc can be added with gimbal transmission according to buyer’s requirements, but will require related cost from the buyer.)
Transmission Gear adopts 45# steel forged, the mechanical performance of gear part is not lower than GB/69-9 requirements for 45# Steel.
Rolling Bearing adopts high quality product with brand in China, Synchronous Belt adpots products of JieBao from Ningbo and Fulong from Shanghai.
Working Motherboard (Bottom Plate) adopts A3 Steel Plate, thickness 18 mm.
