It is one of the main machines in the process of standard rubber. It is specially designed for removing impurity and shredding rubber sheet. with enlarging the surface-area of the rubber material by the hammer mill machine, it is easier to remove the moisture in hot wind drying system.
Hammer Mill MachineFunction
This machine consists of rotor, feeding roller, rack, discharge screen and power system. By the driving of the main motor through the belts, the hammers whirl at a high speed, hammering and cutting the rubber sheet which is sent in between the hammers and feeding rollers. The rubber sheet turns into rubber granule and falls through a screen from the bottom of the machine.
