Work Principle
1. The power is transmitted to the movable blades on the main shaft through the reducer with torque increased.
2. The movable blades and the fixed blades break up the nature rubber, synthetic rubber and other rubber block into smaller pieces as it required for the preparation of the next process.
3. A spray system is available in this machine. It breaks the rubber blocks and cleans the it at the same time.
Function
1. It is a high-efficient breaking machine which is the key equipment and the first machine for crumb rubber (rubber block) process.
2. It breaks rubber Slab cutter Model & Main Dataer block into small size, which is convenient to the next stage dehydration process.
