1. The press is column type. It is specially used for EVA sheets..
2. The diameter of the pistons are ¦750mm. We adopt 1 pistons for the press. The material of the pistons are chilled cast iron. This material has much more advantages, such as much harder surface, much longer working life. The material of cylinders are ductile cast iron. The good material of pistons and cylinders make much more working life.
3. The press is 6 layers type. It is matched with synchronous device to keep the moulds opening and closing at same time.
4. The press is adopted with special valve which offers high mould opening speed.
