Elastic adhesive for Baby Diaper
Application	801Y is designed as Elastic adhesive for baby diaper.
Feature	Strong tensile strength on elastics, excellent creep resistance, good thermal stability, used for wide ranges of substrates.
Appearance	Yellowish, transparent
Viscosity	1700±500cps @180°C 2000±500cps @170°C 2600±600cps @160°C 4000±800cps @150°C
Softening point	80±5°C
Usage guidance	1. Suggested operation temperature: 150°C-170°C. 2. Suggested tooling method: hot-melt Large spiral, Surewrap and Omega systems. 3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170°C.
