Dilution Ratio: 1:20, such as 5 KG softener with 100 KG.
Putting 100 KG water to the barrel, the temperature is around 70-100°C, stirring with wooden sticks, slowly add in 5 KG softener, and then stirring it for 1-5 minutes. Let cool down for 1-2 hours.
Dipping Process:
- Dilution Water: 2-5% (o.w.f)
- Bath Ratio: 1:10-15
- Temperature: Normal
- Times: 15~30 minutes
Padding Process: 10-50 g/L, one soak one roll or twosoak two roll.
