1. Suitable for cotton, hemp, wool and blended fabric, improving the softy and smooth of the fabric.
2. Could achieve the soft and fluffy effects of post treatment for all kinds of jeans, washing clothes, woolen sweater and towels etc.
3. Comparing to the cationic softener, having low yellowing character.
>>>> Direction for Usage
Cold Method: putting 5-8% of softener to the 30% water, and stirring it slowly for 3-5 minutes. Let soak into 2-4 hours, then stir it well for ready.
Warm Method: putting 5-8% of softener to the warm water, continuing stirring and heating to 60-70℃ for completely even melt(30-60min), cool it for use.
Padding Process:2-3 g/L, temperature: 30-40℃, one soak one roll or two soak two roll.
Dipping Process:0.3-0.8%(o.w.f), Bathing Ratio: 1:10-15,Temperature: 40-50℃,Time: 15-30 minutes.
