It is usually 6 edge or 8 edge , 40-50 mm thick rubber synthetic component.
Its outside is covered with high quality vulcanized rubber.There are several steel positioning bushing inside. There are many multiple high strength wire among the steel bushes. The vulcanization quality and layers of wire will directly influence the flexible disk performance;

Our Flexible disk is designed professionally to be used in the connection of the key parts of the vibrator. So it can maintain power transmission between two vibrators and their axles to absorb the radial, angle and axial deviation. It’s good at prolonging the service life and improving the quality of the vibrator.
