Plastic squeezr and agglomerator machine /Plastic recycling machine
Squeezing agglomerator will take process for the film or woven bags which are washed and clean by squeezing and drying. Because of the friction, the temperature inside of the machine is very high and the materail will get melt, then the melted material will be extruded by high pressure.After that, the extruded materail will be shredded into granulates by the cutting system. It is no need to take further shredding by another granulator then the materail could be pelleted directly by the pelletizer.With the help of squeezing agglomerator, it solve the dewatering problem or feeding problem forthe film after being washed. Comparing with previous type squeezer, current squeezing agglomerator with the unique principle about squeezing solve the difficultes about dewatering for the film or filiform plastic, what's more it could control the output humidity could be within 2%, and it is Less energy consumption and high degree of automation.

Delivery of the spare parts may be by air, sea or courier depending on the urgency of the situation.
