Advantage:
1.Excellent resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons,mineral oils,greases,vegetable and animal oils,heating oil and diesel fuel.
2.Good abrasive resistance , heat resistance ,and as well as good adhesion and gas tightness
3.Can be mixed with PVC to meet fire resistance
Disadvantage:
1.Don't possess good resistance to ozone,sunlight or weather
2.Poor electrical properties, lower elasticity .
3.Not resistant to aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones and esters solvents, should not be done in the insulating material.
Operating temperature: -30 to 100 °c
Main application:
Nitrile rubber is mainly used for the production of oil products, such as oil pipe, tape, rubber diaphragm and large oil bag, commonly used in the production of various types of oil-molded products, such as O-rings, oil seals, cups, diaphragm valves, bellows , but also for the production of rubber sheet and wear parts. NBR parts can be widely used in in the automotive, aerospace, petroleum, photocopying industries .
