1. Application

(1) MF type marine food waste disposer is one of indispensable equipments for all kinds of vessels, It designed and manufactured according to the Annex V,Reg.3.(1).(C),Reg.4.(2)and Reg.5.(2).(C).of MARPOL73/78.it can be meet the requirement of IMO completely .

(2). it can smash all kinds of food waste to small particles or starchiness, then discharge though drain outlet, the diameter of waste after crush within 5-8 mm, meet the food waste discharge regulations of IMO.

2. Technical characteristic

4. Matters need attention

(1). More than 95% of the food waste disposer emission is starchiness, its diameter is less than 5-8 mm. Decrease the feed, increase feed frequency and water if the waste is hard or fibrous material. It helps to increase the effect.

(2). Glass, metal, tin cans, ceramic, aluminum, wire, leather, rubber, stone and high fiber, etc. and Corrosive cleaner or similar items are also not allowed to put in the disposer.

(.3). Do not overload operation

(4). Shut off the cover after used to avoid hard objects fall into the chamber

(5). For security purposes, line cord must be change by manufacturer if it is damaged.

(6). The food waste disposer can not be used for any other purpose except smashing.

(7). Children are not allowed to use or touch the disposer

5.Operating instructions

(1). Open the cover.

(2). Turn on the power switch

(3). Feed the waste into disposer after it is working.

(4). Make sure the disposer working about 10 seconds after all the waste is smashed and then let the continuous water rinse the disposer and drain line clean

(5). Turn off the power first then the tap

6.Common troubleshooting
