1. Introduction:
This testing machine is applicable for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing test of metal materials and non-metal materials. It is designed according to ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB, etc standards. It is for metal, rubber, plastic, spring, textile and components testing. It is an essential testing machine for quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise. The machine is calibrated as ASTM E4, ISO75001 international standard.

3. Functions and Features:
3.1.High accuracy Load cell, Encoder and optional extensometer to test the force, displacement and extension. Computer control 3 closed-loop control testing machine by load, displacement and extension.
3.2.Hydraulic grips system, which is enabling to well clamp the sample.
3.3.Testing speed from 0.005mm/min to 500mm/min by servo motor..
3.4.PCI computer control card to get the test value and control the servo motor
3.5.Control remote box to adjust the machine crosshead before test conveniently.
3.6.The control mode contains Load, Displacement, Extension, Tensile and Program.
3.7.The testing curves can display Load-Time, Extension-Time, Load-Extension, Load-Displacement,
Stress-Strain, etc. The user can automatically switch to each one of them for observe and compare.
3.8.Automatic calculate tensile strength; yield strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus, the proportion of
non-extension strength RP0.2, etc.
3.9.Testing report can be printed out in Microsoft-Word, or Microsoft-Excel form. The user can edit the testing
report.
3.10.Overload protection: if the load is ≥ 2%-10% of rated value, the machine will stop automatically.
3.11.Load frame have an ISO emergency stop button that will immediately cut off the machine’s operation in case of emergency.
