1. Introduction

This WAW-G Series Computerized Electro-hydraulic Servo UTM is our second generation UTM with high configuration and high testing accuracy. It is widely used for tensile, compression, bending and shearing test for metal materials, like steel, alloy, aluminum, etc. With special accessory, it can also be used for mechanical property test of fastener, steel wire rope and components. The machine is calibrated according to ISO 75001 and ASTM E4. It can do many different kinds of test according to different standards, ISO6892, ISO7438, ASTM A370, ASTM E8 and BS EN standards.

3. Features

3.1    Structure: it adopts six columns structure, which has stable working performance.

3.2    Control type: industrial computer controlled servo hydraulic universal testing machine. The space adjusting, test processes could be controlled by the software and the test result could be transferred to the software in the computer for further analysis. It is the most advanced series in hydraulic universal testing machines.

3.3    Industrial computer: it integrates the control system and the power pack into a whole.

3.4    Load measurement: high-precision load cell, high-precision oil tank piston; they ensure the high precision and high reliability.

3.5    Displacement measurement: photoelectric encoder, high-precision and reliable.

3.6    Deformation measurement: high-precision strain extensometer is reliable and economical.

3.7    High quality hydraulic system components.

3.8    Automatic clamping: single hydraulic clamping oil supply; automatic and reliable clamping, high safety.

3.9    Multiple protection: double protection for hardware and software; double protection piston travel for mechanical and electric; protect itself automatically when exceeding 2~10% of Max. load.

3.10 Automatic calibration: calibrate the load, deformation and displacement automatically.

3.11 Getting the test results: get the ReH, ReL, Fm, Rp0.2, Rt0.5, Rm, E results automatically.

3.12 Management of database: manage the test machine software by Access database.

3.13 Reserve the data interface, can be connected with Internet directly and share the resources. 

3.14 Multiple control modes: force, displacement and deformation three closed-loop, multiple controls that contain metal tensile test and so on.

3.15 Cooling system: it adopts professional hydraulic oil cooler, its well control the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
