Automatic paper angle machine for L type
Description of machine:
1. Whole metal frame, #45 STEEL, thickness at 16mm/20mm/28mm for
different parts, and 5mm thickness square pipe for paper roller stand, which
guarantee the stability and security of whole production line.
2. All driven metal parts are treated with quenching and tempering, and
hardening the surface
3. Hard Chrome Plating and fine grinding of the forming rollers
4. Servo cutting , fly shear system, synchronous belt driven
5. Safety way of Electronic hoist for lifting inner paper rollers and pneumatic
lifting for surface paper roller, to reduce labor work
6. DELTA servo control system and PLC touch screen
7. Automatic alarming system to remind you the broken part, and promise a
safety working environment
8. Counting function for one duty and accumulative working
9. Both single face and double faced gluing station, you can choose heating or
not according to the separated switch, and each heating rod with a single
switch; Self-control of the gluing quantity;
10. Four groups of forming rollers with diameter at 330mm, the bigger, the
heavier pressing strength, and each forming group has a single motor. The
speed is faster and faster.

2. Gluing Station
Each heating rod has a separated switch both in the control box and in
the forming section

3. Preforming Section

4 groups of big rollers with diameter at 330mm, while the traditional
machines using 240mm rollers
Single motors promise the forming groups faster and faster to give the
whole production line a faster speed and stronger pulling strength
Pneumatic cylinder to adjust the rollers up and down, easy operation
5. Notching on Line

6. Cutting Section
Servo cutting/ Easy changing of the blade
Cutting cycle: 35-40 cycles /minute

7. Automatic Receiving and Stacking (option)
You can choose standard packing table or automatic receiving and stacking
Delivery convey belt, simple adjustment of the holding space
