CJB-720A/800A/1020A Full automatic silk screen printing machine
Introduction:
CJB-A Series Full Automatic silk Screen Press which adopts the classical stop cylinder technology with t
he advantages
such as: paper located exactly and steadily, high precision, high speed, low noise,
high degree automatization and so on,
it is suitable for printing on ceramic and glass applique, electron industry (film switch, flexible circuitry, meter panel, mobile telephone),
advertisement, packing and printing, brand, textile transfer, special technics etc.
Main characteristic:
1. Classical stop cylinder mechanism, cylinder stops step automatically to ensure the forehead of the printing stock can be sent accurately to the gripper of cylinder,
which is up to extreme high precision;
at the same time, gripper of cylinder and pull side-lay both have there magic eyes for supervising
if the printing stock is in correct place, which can reduce the waste effectively.
2. The bottom of convey table with vacuum adsorption, assembled with the pull and press mechanism,
ensure printing stock delivered smoothly.
3. The paper delivered by negative pressure, feed paper accurate and steady.
4. Adopt the numerical control electric eye system. When the paper arrived the front guide,
the electric eye will contraposition automatically, tiny dislocation,misplace, stop automatically,
guarantee the print stock’s high precision, reduce the wastrel effectively.
5. Main transmission and main parts lubricate automatically, prolong the using precision and machine life in effect;
6. The whole machine controlled by PLC, can choose touch screen for operating,
which is very easy and high degree automatism;
7. It can be used with CJB Series screen drying machine, UV dryer,
UV & IR dryer and automatic stacker to form the full automatic screen printing line.
