Fully Automated UV Coater
Machine introduces:
This machine is necessary to printing products after fine printing. All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not only improving the smooth finish of surface ,but also damp proof,dust proof, sun proof and wear-resistant of for the surface of printed matter especially after UV vanish Processing. The effect is comparable to laminating,calendaring treatment, and no film-drop, curly and back light defect.
A new generation spot coating machine CDG104 meets client and market demand and adapts to coating for long and short printing plate, snap-in paper feed is suitable for coating for thick and thin sheet, which can be used for local glazing as well as full glazing. Creative model design and highly automatically electrical design allow the machine to stand up to running up, which will bring high efficiency and profit for enterprises in coordination with high speed printer.
Machine features:
Stream Feeder
Stream Feeder Suction head with vacuum pump suction system requires no lubricant of oil;
The feeder can be adjusted while running;
Accurate front and side guide registration with micro adjustment required,equipped with double sheet controller and up and down device for paper stacking table.
UV Coating Unit
The sheet was transported by Feeder, through the paper delivery roller then through the impression roller. There is a plate roller which is attached rubber blanket or flexo plate beside the impression roller. The UV coating is controlled by anilox roller which is getting coating oil from its inside. This is greatest helpful to keep the quality of coating oil for a long time. Cavity type doctor blade can scrape the spare oil from the anilox roller. The sheet was transported by the impression roller then pass the delivery roller will go to drying tunnel. After that, the products can be delivered by the stacker.
Gripper chain delivery system for stable transferring of paper,convenient plate cylinder positioning for fast printing plate changes.Precisely constructed with roller coating heads for spot and full-sheet coating.
Micro-adjustment for even smearing and control of material usage makes the paper smooth and glossy.
UV Curing Unit
Composed of 3 UV lights,reflector awning,electric control,and cooling and exhausting device. It has the half/whole lamp controlling function to save energy.
Installed with automatic temperature controller,a safety device for emergency cut off in super-temperature error.Equipped with full lamp/half lamp feature linked to the smearing process full light for normal status. Automatically turn to half-light when paper feed breaks down or double-paper occurs or emergence stoppage happens.
Automatic Delivery Unit
Automatic Delivery Unit Conveyor belt produces low noise and make delivery smooth with its upper and lower pressing track design. Smearing on thin paper tends to produce curling, yet the pneumatic sheet jogging device knocking up both sides of sheet and keep the paper stable.
