CATL Series Automatic Thermal Laminating Machine
Features:

Highlight:
1. Feeding Unit
The feeding unit is independently controlled by the servo motor, it can insure the paper feeding precisely and stable. Both the paper feeding length and the overlapping length can be set through the touching screen.
2. Laminating Unit
1) Heating Roller
We adopt the hollow cylinder structure design for our heating roller which has been plated with high glossy chrome surface. Between the double layers it’s filled with an organic thermal conductive liquid which can shorten the warming-up time, keep the temperature constantly on the surface of the roller(temperature difference can be controlled within ±5℃both on axial and radial direction), and the temperature compensation system also can save more energy. Compare with the oily heating roller, it has the advantages of non-toxic, non-volatile, non-flammable, odorless.
2) Electric Hydraulic Pressing System
The pressure is controlled by the contact voltmeter of the electric hydraulic pressing system. Through adjusting the indicator of the voltmeter, the machine could be set as Max. or Min. pressure. The system would automatically compensate the pressure when it’s needed, to insure the pressure constantly.
3. Auto-stacking Unit
The pneumatic flapping system will stack the laminated paper automatically, which would not only keep the paper pile neatand clean, but also the working environment.
