Main component Equipments of the corrugated paperboard production line

of the following equipments:
mill roll stand, pre-conditioner, pre-heater, auto-splicer, single facer, conveying span bridge, multi-ply pre-heater, glue application machine, double facer, slitter scorer, cutoff, conveyer and stacker, glue making system and electric control system etc.
Brief Introduction of the working Procedure
corrugated paperboard production line production process: corrugated cardboard production line is consisting of wet-end and dry-end.
Wetend equipment including mill roll stand, auto splicer, preheater, single facer, convey bridge, glue machine and double facer.
Wetend equipment made of corrugated paper a different flute combination of three, five, seven layer corrugated cardboard. Dry-end equipment including rotary cutter, slitter-scorer, cut off and stacker.
Dryend equipment according to order requirements makes the slitting indentation, cross cutting and stacking.
