FEATURES:
1. Electro-motion Mill Roll Stand
The paper scroll is clamped, ascended or descended, moved left or right by electro-motion.
The clamped scroll: φ1500×(800~1600)mm,be braked by pneumatic.
Weight of Paper Scroll: 2000kg (one work position).
Two work positions, may clamp two scrolls at the same time, may load or unload scroll without stopping machine
Each Stand with two tracks, two trolleys, and one Roll Direction Changer.
Expanding type Clamp chuck, the clamp size could be changed by the diameter of the scroll core hole:
3″or 4″ , do help to put an end to distortion of the core hole of the paper scroll, utilize to save the scroll paper as soon as possible, and overcome lopsided influence of tension of both non-concentric sides.

2. SINGLE FACER(outer vacuum type)
Equipped with outer vacuum structure.
There is a pair of corrugated rollers to make a paper sheet into one corrugated paper, then,agglutinated with another paper sheet into one single Face cardboard. Different flutes needs different pairs of corrugating rollers to make.
Flute Type: UV, flutes A,B, C ,BC,D,E , two of them can be selected by Clients.
Diameter of the corrugated Roller is Φ260mm,made of material 48CrMo alloy metal,heat treatment with high frequency,recise grinding, surface rigidity is over HRC55-60.
High temperature grease for Lubricating.
The surface of Glue roller is plated with chrome, scored 32 fine thread(mesh)/inch,make glue feeding well-proportioned.
Main drive is driven by electro-magnetic speed adjustment motor and Chain Drive..
The thickness of glue can be tiny adjusted by electro-motion, the clearance is digital displayed.
The gluing width is adjusted by Electro-motion.
Pressure of steam: 1.1-1.2Mpa.
The high pressure Fan is equipped with Silencer.
The glue feeding device can be moved by Electro-motion.
3. Rotary Shear Cut-Off (2ply)
It's used for cutting single face cardboard from Single Facer into pieces.
The operator can adjust the slitting width through the adjustment of the axis size of round blades, the
minimum Slitting width is 60mm, varies from 60~1600 mm. Adjust the step-less transmission-gear box by handle wheel, the range of the cardboard length is 600-2300mm.
The cutting speed is adjusted by step-less adjustment, from the control panel, adjust the knob button.
1.Max. cutting speed: 72m/min, varies from 7~72 m/min
2.Width: 1600mm
3. Cutting range : B. 400-1600 mm .(or choice by customer)
A:350-1200 mm,
B:400-1600 mm,
C:600-2400mm,
4. The cutting precision is ±2.5 mm when the speed is steady.
5. Power: ~4.25kw
6. Balance tested for shaft of knife, keeping stability.
7. The hardness of the edge of the knife is HRC62.
8. 3 pair of slitting blades are equipped, 2 sheets output.
9. Total weight: 2.5 Tons.
10. Reference Dimensions(L*W*H): ~2932×2230×1590 mm
4.Glue making & Recycle System
There are two barrels formed with Single facer to a recycled loop:
Glue making vertical Barrel(higher): Glue making material is carried up through ladder by manual, equipped with a stirring motor, might make glue and temporary store,
After glue stirring and making well, flowing to the glue trough of Single Facer(for feeding glue).
Another little barrel(lower) is put beside single facer, might received glue flew out from Single Facer, realize a cycled r
Glue making material (reference): Starch(tapioca, or corn), Caustic Soda, mixture, Water.
