Test system mainly consists of the following sections:
1.System mechanical part:test bench, turbocharger mounting fixture, control console and so on,
2.Airflow generator section
The flow generator is the State Economic Commission and the Department of Electrical and promotion of energy-saving products,
Produced using centrifugal high-pressure air.
Electric air heater section:Equipment mainly by heating cylinder,Electric heating element composed of one.The heated liquid into the apparatus was heated to the desired temperature requirements, Electric control part adopts self-tuning PID temperature control.It can reach its operating temperature 90℃,Working pressures up 0.4Mpa,Specific user according to different design and manufacturing process requirements.Device with reliable performance, uniform heating, temperature stable speed,Achievable temperature, flow, pressure and other parameters self-tuning control.
The device and horizontal tubular barrel,Various vertical installation,Heating cylinder material can be selected according to the heating medium,Lumen generally used SUS304,Q235 Material,Heating element selection SUS 304,Material,The implementation of standards "GB / T" series.
Section measuring systems
