SP,SPR pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps that is in liquid to handle abrasive,large particle and high concentration slurries.

It can operate normally without shaft gland and shaft gland water, even lack of intake.

SP pump body is made from antifriction metal,the impeller is made from antifriction metal or rubber and polyurethane.

Submerged parts of the SPR pump coated rubber for transportation corrosive slurry.

The materials brand of A05 is KmTBCr26,used for higher wearcondition with PH between 5 and 12.
A49 materials is used lower PH conditions especially for flue gas. It also can be used for lower-sour condition and desulfuration installation with PH not be less than 4.
A05 and A49 are high-chrome alloy castings.
