The Plastic jar producing machine: - HG series automatic blow molding machine is a two-steps PET blow molding machine, which adopts PLC control, direct pressure piston type pneumatic-hydraulic locking mold, high pressure blow, suitable to blow different kinds of bottle.
Single-cavity, Double-Cavity Plastic jar producing machine:
Suitable to blow water bottle, edible oil bottle, sauce jar, detergent bottle, cosmetics bottle, food bottle and other packing containers, the maximum neck size is up to 150mm. The preform is heated evenly when heated and easy to blow, making high-quality finished bottle.

All the cavity molds(moulds)of Plastic jar producing machine are manufactured by ourselves. We have our own CNC processing machine and experienced engineer, who has been making cavity molds at least 5 years. Besides the cavity molds, other hardware parts are also produced by ourselves. Thus we have strong confidence in the stability of our machine because all parts can jointed and worked as a integrated unit.
