PET multi-cavity automatic blow molding machine is a high speed linear stretch blow moulding machine which is developed and manufactured by our Company using the state-of-the-art bottle blowing technology. Owing to the machine's high degree of automation, high production efficiency,high safety, high stability and reliability, the products made will not be contaminated in any intermediate steps, and it can be matched up directly with the production line of filling and can be widely used in production of mineral water, carbonic acid beverage, juice, tea and heat-resistence bottle products.

All the cavity molds(moulds) are manufactured by ourselves. We have our own CNC processing machine and experienced engineer, who has been making cavity molds at least 5 years. Besides the cavity molds, other hardware parts are also produced by ourselves. Thus we have strong confidence in the stability of our machine because all parts can jointed and worked as a integrated unit.
The most frequently used material for molds are Aluminum, S136(stainless iron):

Our master is drilling the holes for the installation of the molds, the drilling is strictly made according to the technical drawing, thus the combination of the parts will be matched perfectly.
