Product detail of metal cutting machine
1. Welded by thick steel panel. Stable and good deformation resistance capability. Aging process technology ensures long-last duration and accuracy of the machine
2. Equipped with medium power YAG lamp pump generator. Cutting any graphics within the size of 1500mmX3000mm (or 1300mmX2500mm). Suitable for large-scale thin metal sheet cutting and processing is fast and precise.
3. Auto following focus device realizes dynamic focus continuous cutting on materials with different thickness. Conveyor rewind device realizes convenient material collecting.
4. Working table with universal wheel and pneumatic loading device (optional) for loading and unloading easily, saving labor power and avoiding material scratched, ensuring good cutting quality.
5. Separate digitalized operated table and movable remote controller is convenient for operation. There are several input modes of USB flash disk data copy, USB cable data transmission, network connections and other data transmission methods. One computer can control several laser machines, saving cost.
6. Standard collocation of automatic nesting software (it can do nesting on remaining materials) and optional collocation of high speed pattern copying, auto-recognition cutting, polishing & painting and metal etching, saving materials and improving working efficiency.
7. The machine can be equipped with integrated rotary device or detached rotary device. It can do fixed position punching, notching and cutting on metal pipes and tubes.

- Lamp Pump YAG laser cutting machine adopts Nd:YAG laser medium power with 1064nm wavelength, it's solid-state laser generator, very suitable for both ferrous metal (mild steel, stainless steel) as well as non-ferrous (aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, alloy…) metal materials cutting. The running cost is only USD3/hour, as it can use air compressor for blower, no need assistant gas.
- Cutting ability: suitable for less than 8mm mild steel cutting, 6mm stainless steel cutting, also can cut less than 3mm brass/copper/aluminum....(Laser power: 600W 850W for choice)
