We have a production line of color coated steel,the supply ability is 480 thousand tons every year,the maxmium speed is 80M/Min,thickness is 0.15m-0.77mm.
1.Technique equiment:adopt the method of double painting double dry,the key equipments are imported to from Japan adjusing the German SIEMENS control systerm.

The type of 1450 galvanized production line had adopt the worlds advanced production technique and advanced equipments like full-automatic AB electric control systerm,etc.,which can output 240 thousand tons high quality galvanized sheet with thickness 0.13-1.2mm every year.
1.The contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protected by edge protectors.
2.Coils then to be properly wrapped with water proof/resisant paper,it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped.
3.Wooden and iron pallet can be used or as your requirements.
4.Each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band,three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance.

2.What's the payment term?
30-50% TT in advance(based on your qty),70% balance against copy B/L in 7 workdays.
3.When will you arrange production?
In 7 workdays when we receive your advance payment.

In 3-5 workdays after shipment date.
