INTRODUCTION

 

DENYKEM High-Temperature Alpha-Amylase is a bacterial amylase preparation derived from Bacillus
licheniformis extract. It has good tolerance to high temperature ,can be widely used in manufacture of starch sugar
and alcohol.brewery.textile.dye/printing.papermaking ect.

USE OF DENYKEM High-temperature Alpha-Amylase  FORMULATIONS

 

1.  In manufacture of alcoho.add the enzyme in the rate of 0.3L(20000u/ml) at PH 6.5-7.0.stir an draise the temperature
 to 100+-50C,keep for 100minutes.
2.  In manufacture of starch suga or gourment powder, add the enzyme in the rate of 0.6L/ton(20000u/ml) at PH6.0-6.5
raise the temperature to 100+_50C. Keep for 30minutes at 95-100degree or 60-120minutes at 95degree if steam
(105degree) injection method is used
3,inbrewing of beer, add the enzyme in one batch in the rate of 0.3l/ton(20000u/ml),raise the temperature to 95-970C
keep for 30 minutes.
