INTRODUCTION
DENYPILL SP-AL is a stabilised acid cellulytic enzyme for stonewashing of cellulose based garments and fabrics.
It gives high abrasion and best depilling.
TEMPERATURE PROFILE
The temperature range of DENYPILL SP-AL is wide, the optimum temperature is 55°C. Again, this wide range of
temperature, coupled with the broad pH makes the neutral range extremely user friendly.
pH PROFILE
DENYPILL SP-AL has a broad pH and temperature range. The pH activity range is from 4.0 - 5.5 with minimal drop in activity. The broad band allows this product to perform well in a variety of local conditions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add DENYPILL SP-AL to the process in accordance with production instructions. For optimum performance, use
the following operational parameters:
Temperature: Commence at 40-55°C(Depend your requirement)
Dose rate: 0.1 - 0.5% on weight of garment depending on finish required
Time: 15 - 60 minutes
pH: 4.5 - 5.5 (set by external buffer system)
Liquor ratio: 4:1 - 10:1
