The product is obtained by deep formention of Aspergillus Niger, it can be widely used in manufacture of
fruit juice. Vegetable juice and vine processing .it also be used in the process of feed.preservative for wood.etc.

Optimum working temperature: 25-55°C optimum 50°C
Optimum wash pH range: 3.5-6.0,optimum PH 3.5-4.0.
Dosage rate: Depends upon desired effect
Storage: Store in dry temperature conditions (5 - 25°C)
Shelf life: 6 - 12 months depending upon storage conditions.
* Due to natural variations the actual shade may vary from batch to batch. This will not affect product
performance.
USE OF DENYKEM Pectase FORMULATIONS
In the process of fruit juice and vegetable juice, the recommended dosage is 0.3-1.0kg pectase/ton dry raw material. The solution of raw material should be adjusted to optimum range about the temperature and ph before adding this enzyme. The needed temperature and ph should maintaIn during the processing of enzyme.
